I brought my bunny here in 2022 because she was flopping around(not like she usually did) and they got us back fast and when we got there she was fine but they came in and took her without telling me what they were doing and where they where going! And they came back n she was limping they gave me meds for her and when I got home not even a hour later I got up and she crossed the bridge!! DONT BRING YOUR PETS HERE!!!! And it costed $400!!
I drove here with a pet emergency and they were closed even though the website said they were open! If you have an emergency, DO NOT COME HERE! The animal hospital in Kingsport is usually open and will see you.
Honestly the worst front desk staff of any establishment ever. Various times have they told me that they could see our animals anytime, and upon walking in the vets are just gone or there is a 2 hour+ wait. Plenty of other problems as well. Moving vets immediately and going to encourage plenty of our friends to do the same. Lack of communication is honestly baffling. 100% recommend to stay away from this vet. If I could rate lower than 1 star I would.
