Been with Ortex for 30 years and I feel totally protected. The techs are always lovely and thorough. I've never felt unsafe. But the jewel on the crown is Misty, their scheduler. Sometimes schedules need to change and never once has she been anything but sweet, kind, and always professional! She never makes me feel like I'm causing problems. She is expresses gratefulness for the business. The owner is so fortunate to have someone so capable on the front lines. The person in that position can either make or break a business. I pray she is compensated commensurate with her value re salary, benefits, and sick and vacation time.

Nate was phenomenal! Super knowledgeable and went above and beyond, cleaning up old webs and spots our last guy missed. You can tell he really cares about doing a thorough job. I highly recommend Ortex for their professionalism and for helping keep our home clean and bug-free. 😊

We have used this company since 1986 and they are phenomenal! There is not a problem they cannot fix…termites and bugs of course but also provide and install structural temperature controlled venting as well as yard spray‘s that rid you of those terrible wasps and flying insects for months. They provide and install ground barriers as well.Termite protection inspections are done annually at a day and time convenient to your schedule. I can’t say enough about these folks !!!!Super friendly staff from the initial phone call to the actual install or inspection !!!!!I have referred sooooo many friends to this service ?
