“The owner and his crew worked on our home’s foundation and repaired it thoroughly, despite the difficulties it presented. They took on the arduous task of removing and replacing a severely compromised section of the foundation wall in the front. Typical repairs were no longer sufficient and the structural integrity of the home was at risk. The front wall in the basement bedroom and garage was starting to collapse inwards. Elevate came and reinforced the structural stability of the house, carefully removed the old wall and installed a new one with proper reinforcement and drainage systems to ensure stability. The house sits on a slight elevation, leaving 1/3 of the house underground and the rest above. They also put in a French drain to help rainwater move away from the home as well. The original builder of the house from decades ago only used concrete blocks as a foundation and didn’t fill them in or use rebar, so it was only a matter of time when the home would start being pushed in by the heavy earth. It was quite a project for Elevate TN to take on, but were successful. And now we gladly have a new wall that doesn’t leak, a more secure home and we no longer have to worry about mold in the walls .Thank you, team.“
