This has been a terrible week for me I was admitted in the hospital then totaled my car the following morning I’ve been so sore and bruised up that I couldn’t wash my hair good and just felt down and gross yesterday I decided I would go to great clips for a quick trim and good shampoo my stylist name was Bobby he made me feel important and acted like it didn’t matter that my hair looked and possibly smelled like roadkill when I came in , but I left with a great haircut and great shampoo thank you Bobby for helping this old woman feel good again he has my business from now on

I had a bad haircut yesterday down at Golden Salon and Spa. I tried to work with them on correcting it but they were not interested. I came today here at Great Clips and Kaylee did a FANTASTIC job in 10 minutes cleaning it up. At half the price. Ty Kaylee I'll be back to see you tu!

The best GC experience in recent years. Did online, walked in, Irena came from the back, welcomed me, did my cut, pleasant chat w/ her and another associate I like to use ...& I was out within 30 minutes with a very decent haircut. Could not have been a better experience - unless I got a coupon for my next little old lady haircut :)
