The sign in using my phone was a kittle clunky. After talking to the receptionist ( who is also a nurse) I was given a tablet with which to accomplish the sign in. After a medium length wait I was asked to come back to an exam roo. The same receptionist/ nurse attended to me as well. She should get a raise.

Fantastic service and professionalism. I would suggest before you go to schedule an appointment online. It's a very easy process; you complete all your paperwork prior to the visit. When you get there, you check in and are taken ahead of walk in patients. The day I went there the lobby was packed and I was in and out in 45 minutes and that included x-rays. Very pleasant staff and process. My thought is they have the appointment scheduling online for a reason and people need to use it. It would eliminate frustration when you get there and it's crowded.

Fast Pace was very accommodating and had employees that were very approachable and willing to assist you however you needed their help. They were very courteous and friendly and they had me in there and out in no time at all. Great place.

I would not recommend this provider. She seemed uninterested in listening to our concerns or understanding what was actually going on. Rather than conducting a routine exam, she immediately insisted we go to the ER and became argumentative when questioned. Her assessment turned out to be incorrect, and we were able to receive appropriate care quickly from another provider. A good provider should be willing to listen, communicate respectfully, and work collaboratively with patients. Unfortunately, that was not our experience.
