Ashton Britt put in a new Trane heat pump system last summer for us. We have been very pleased with it. John Ross was the salesman and did a great job with setting up installation and making sure everything was done well and that we were satisfied. Our electric bills have decreased every month since we have had it compared to our old system. And it operates very quietly which is a huge improvement from our last system.
We had our first maintenance done on the system today. Cory came and completed it. We are very impressed with him. Cory was on time, very competent, and helpful in answering all of my questions. He is a huge asset to Ashton Britt.
These guys are awesome! We had to replace an entire system, and they got it done in a day. Much better pricing than another company we had come out. The service men showed a great deal of attention and kindness. Since our ac was out, they gave us an air conditioning unit to use in the meantime. We have known David for years and he is always reliable. I highly highly recommend Ashton Britt!
I’ve met and worked with most of the people in the company, including the owner. Every one of them professional and courteous even in some tough situations. Very responsive both on the phone and on site. Highly recommended.
