“I had such a great experience bringing my dog Nola in today. She is 7 years old and pregnant with her first litter, and this is also my first experience with a pregnant dog, so I had a lot of questions and concerns. They took their time with us, did X-rays, explained what to expect during labor, what warning signs to watch for, when to call their emergency line, and how to care for the puppies after they’re born.
They were honest with me about the additional risks because of Nola’s age without making an already stressful situation feel even more overwhelming. They answered every question I had and made sure I felt as informed and prepared as possible before we left. They also reassured me that I had done everything I could at home to prepare for her and the puppies, which meant a lot to me.
I left feeling so much better and much more confident about what to expect over the next couple of days. I’m incredibly grateful for the time, patience, compassion, and thoroughness they showed both Nola and me. I would absolutely recommend them.”
