Although I couldn't get my battery replaced, Erik had some recommendations what I could do to stop my battery from draining. He also took the time to explain to me some other options for issues with my phone. Wish I had of known about them earlier!

Although The name of this place is somewhat humorous, it is certainly no laughing matter when one's cell phone is broken. It's almost terrifying, to be out of touch with friends and loved ones. Thankfully though, there is a solution to the dilemma.You break I fix is the best place in Jackson to repair your cell phone. They do an excellent job with a very quick turnaround. Furthermore, they are honest and trustworthy and will let you know if your phone really cannot be fixed. They have fixed phones for me that I thought were absolutely beyond repair. Honestly, they were amazing! I had a terrible experience with the geek squad at best buy so I wasn't expecting much. I went in the store and explained the issues I was having with my computer. I brought my gaming computer in, he tested it and told me exactly what the problem was! They are truly awesome! I would definitely recommend anyone having electronic issues to come to this store! Their customer service is awesome! Thanks ya'll!
