Bobby Henderson arrived @ 8 a. m., exactly as he said when he called to confirm the appointment. He is always thorough with his examination of the trouble you are having. We were dealing with a 12 year old AC that was so noisy you could hear it from inside the house. (Could have been caused by not having it serviced since it was purchased. We have learned our lesson!) Since Mr. Henderson left, we have been unable to hear that noisy AC, and that’s wonderful! Thank you, Tim Ferguson Plumbing Air and Electric for having the very best technicians!
I had an emergency plumbing issue the day of my daughter’s birthday party. I called the first number I could find in my frantic google search and TJ showed up and saved the day. I was so pleased with the customer service I received by not only TJ but the dispatching service. I would highly recommend this company.
This company deserves 10 stars. Very professional, thorough, reliable and trustworthy. They repaired my unit without me being at home. They were in the garage and house. They wore shoe covers and treated my home with respect. I actually have a home warranty that would have paid, but decided to use this company in lieu of that due to their reputation, reliability and convenience.
