Not to go into all the details, but I had a terrible experience with a third-party online florist that completely dropped the ball on a time-sensitive delivery. After multiple days of frustration and only a refund to show for it, I was losing hope, until I found Heather at Sand’s Florist.
What can I say? Heather was patient, kind, and genuinely understanding of the situation. She went above and beyond, delivering a beautiful arrangement the same day, and even managed to do it under budget.
