Conveniently located near Interstate 40 in Jackson, Tenn., the facility provides top-rate care with a focus on patient experience. Patients praise the clinical, treatment, and procedural excellence, as well as the helpful staff who guide them through the process. However, some have encountered surprise bills after their visits, highlighting the need for better communication about potential additional payments. The clinical, treatment and procedural portion was excellent, absolutely no complaints or issues there. The registration staff should be ready to inform the patients of any possible additional payments to expect. I received a surprise bill of over $400 after a total out of pocket payment of over $6K between them and the referring clinic.
I found the care I received here was top rate! My pre op appointment and nurse calls made sure everything would go as smoothly as possible the day of surgery. This facility assigns patients a code, so my husband knew exactly where I was in the process by following the screen in the waiting room. My nurse, Allie, prepped me for surgery, Ryan, my anesthesiologist, spent time with me before surgery, and my surgeon took care of everything in the OR. Brittany assisted me in recovery and sent me home. I would not hesitate to return to this facility and highly recommend it.
What a wonderful place to have ambulatory surgery. Convenient location, everyone I was in contact with was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They made my experience an excellent one.
