All I can say is WOW!!! This is my first time owning a manufactured home and I was honestly lost. Someone told me to call Mobile Home Parts of West Tn and it was the best decision I ever made. We literally remodeled every aspect of our home and we could not have done it with MHPS. Tiffany (aka...My best friend Tiff, which is what I call her now) helped us through every step of the way. I have never worked with a company that makes you feel like family. MHPS is reliable, has beautiful products, and will have what you need installed as quickly as they can. They are truly there for their customers. Everyone is so welcoming and sweet, and they get the job DONE! So, if you… read full review
They generally have the parts we need, but things are quite a bit pricy and returns are difficult. They tell you that you can return stuff but don't tell you that there's a 25% restocking fee. I asked atleast 3 times about returns. They said yes, you can return it. Then I realized after I paid there's a 25% restocking fee no one bothered to tell us about. We lost $50 plus 2 - 1.5 hours trips to jackson over a window she swore would fit and was too small. Other than that they do have a good selection of mobile home parts.
