I had a tooth to break over the Christmas break. There was no pain so I just left a message for them to call me when they opened. Monday morning I received a phone call before 8:15. They set me an appointment the same day. I knew going in that I would need the tooth pulled. I figured with it being a short work week due to New Year's that I would have to set another appointment to have tooth extracted. Dr. King pulled tooth the same day for me. He always spends so much time explaining processes and what to expect. Even though I am not a fan of the dental work, Dr. King is the best Dentist! I am going to be in trouble if he ever retires!
I've been going to Dr King's office for a few years and love the service. He's great at what he does and is very personable and my technician does an excellent job. Love them!
Nobody gives a RAVE review of a dentist… BUT ME! I was having some sharp tooth pain and mentioned it to a friend, and he said he had a fabulous appointment with Dr. King, over the top service and helped him with being nervous at the dentist, and didn’t hurt… and I thought, well, my experiences have been stressful the last few times, I get very anxious at dental appointments, and if he was right, it would be worth me driving an hour up to Jackson to have a good dental experience. I knew I either dropped a filling or the tooth was cracked, and I was afraid that I might lose the tooth… So I made an appointment, and they fit me in that afternoon (fast service) and I was made to feel at ease right away… They did the X-rays and initial checks, and came to determine there indeed was a crack, but hoped to be able to salvage the tooth and do a crown, which is what proceeded to do… �And Dr. King made sure I was comfortable, the numbing shots didn’t hurt, and he told me be sure to let him know if I was uncomfortable at any time… there was no chit-chat cross talk over me between he and the assistant while they were working on me… they engaged with me throughout the procedure, checking in with me and assuring me of how things were proceeding, and I was extremely comfortable. So, I am giving a RAVE review of my new dentist, and although it was a bit of a drive, it was worth it to me, to have as stress-free a dental visit as possible! Thank you Dr. King and Ashley too!
