We had a new heating and air system installed as the old system went out. The install team were thorough, professional, and followed up after install. The follow up technician noted a small problem & scheduled to have it addressed within 2 weeks. Team came and fixed the problem. We had also signed a maintenance contract for all your units. Technician came as scheduled and examined all 3 units which included new one. Everything ok. Technician polite and appeared to be thorough. We can recommend McCoy’s.Service: HVAC system maintenance
