They are nice enough but our fur baby is a nervous skittish dog with anxiety issues. They do not let us bring him to the exam room, & they drag him with the leash. We hear him try to get out. We tell them he might be more calm if we can be in the room & they say that is not their policy & we might try to get him relaxed before he come in again.

They are great for every day we'll care but if you have an emergency they don't have time for you even if you're willing to pay. They told me to take my dog to the pet ER in Memphis. Didn't even try to help her.

The sweetest animal lovers. I had the love of my life poodle grief about 5 days before his snip snip surgery. I mentioned he was shaking his head a lot and while he was under anesthesia, they found his ears were infected and his penis was also infected. Poor.thing. Anyway, they treated him for these.extra infections at no additional charge me. But they took the time to make sure he was safe and healthy. Now, they ARE constantly busy... But they give you personal attention. You stay in your car, call them, and the tech comes outside, masked and all to help you. My other dogs have had excellent care and I would highly recommend them.
