They have been a horrible with answering your phone or even scheduling an appointment. Memphis VA tried to even help get in touch with them. Ended up having to drive to them just to get ahold of someone. Primary care Dr is booked a year out? This is how we treat our servicemen? Two stars because of the nice gentleman up front today.

This VA medical center seems better than most civilian and military clinics. Pretty quick service, friendly staff, professional but welcoming.

This is a VA health clinic. This is not a hospital or Veteran Administration office. The VA office is down towards the square.

I've been going to this VA Clinic for quite some time. At first I had problems with the counselors and then with the video conference's with the quack doctor that paid attention to the phone more than you. I quit going for a while until they moved into the new place. My doctor has always been super supportive and helpful. Things are getting a little better there. Glad I don't have to drive all the way to Memphis.
