We go to our primary care, cardiologist, conveinant care & other doctors at the Jackson Clinic. And they are all wonderful & the nurses are great. But the people that check you in for the labs are the worst I have ever seen. They are so unfriendly & they never make eye contact, never acknowledge that you are even there.

My husband came here to see Elise Gay and she found a blockage in his bowel that was an emergency. He had surgery and started on an infusion med with another GI across town. He ghosted my husband for 3 months after telling him his infusion wasn’t working. My husband went to his primary and asked him to get back in with Elise and today was his first appointment in which she had all his records that they would not send to his primary. She is an awesome PA in the GI department and has explained Crohns more than we have learned on our own. If you have issues with IBS, UC, or Crohn’s come here to see them. Thanks girl for all your help and saving my hubby’s life.

I love my baby's pediatrician, however the women at the front desk are rude, they don't communicate or call if an appointment has been rescheduled they send text messages as if a New mom/busy mom will have time to look at texts sent the same day of an appointment. Need better staff at the front desk but Claire Rikard is the best!!!
