Installed a new toilet and it had a little wobble to it and they came back out, saw the issue and immediately fixed the problem. I’ve used them on 3 different jobs and am always pleased. If I have a concern or question they respond in a very timely and friendly manner.

January 21, 2022 - A day that will live in infamy. It is the day that my kitchen sink was returned to me after 23 days. I would like to shout out to Hays Plumbing Heating and Air Inc and specifically Charles who was able to diagnose the problem and offer me a solution. Another plumbing company :) wanted to dig a 2 x 2 foot hole below my kitchen window, run a pipe up my outside wall, tear up my driveway and charge me $8500. Hays solved the problem without digging anything, without an outside pipe and without tearing up my driveway for $2700. They are a small local company that is owned by a very nice man, who employs qualified and helpful workers and in the 17 years we have lived here, they have never done us wrong. They have done gas, HVAC and plumbing work for me. I highly, highly recommend them.
