“UPDATE: We received a call shortly after posting this review from Teresa. She stated that she had sent the contract on 11/4. We still have not seen that original, so I suppose it's floating somewhere in the ether. That said, it was re-sent, so apparently they did follow through. I am withdrawing the negative comments. ------Not impressed. At least two weeks ago, we had an associate come to our home to have a look at the layout for a Generac generator. He was supposed to send us a quote within 48 hours. ONE WEEK later, he emailed my husband to say he was delayed because someone else was out of town, but that he would get a quote to us within a couple of days. We're still waiting. Given that they cannot even manage to give us a quote, we are highly suspect of any services they would provide. There is no trust therem so we won't be doing business with them. And we're literally two minutes away from their location!!“
