“Deborah is personable and punctual. She only takes clients by appointment so when I was in her shop I was the only client there which made it feel like an exclusive, private, VIP experience. I went to Deborah to lighten my hair from medium brown to light brown and add blonde highlights. After the lightening, I had zero gummy texture in my fine hair! That is a feat because I've lightened professionally a few times and always ended up with some gumminess. Deborah clearly knows hair and I look forward to going back to her when I need a touch up.
