Matt and his team are the BEST! We had our heating and cooling system replaced before it died, because it was quite old, and we didn’t want to get caught in the extreme heat or cold. We were planning on getting several estimates, but after meeting Matt, we didn’t have even bother. The price was entirely reasonable, they showed up when they said they would, and the job wasvdone in one day. We had a minor issue a couple of days later, and he was back to remedy it immediately. Since then, we’ve had him back for some minor jobs, and he was always prompt, professional, friendly, and helpful. Matt and his crew are by far the best in this profession. I couldn’t give a higher recommendation.
I called them and with less than an hour they had took and with Johnny on the spot there taken and getting him out they are so good they helping do everything they're wonderful

I have been a customer since 2005, or 20 years! Needless to say we believe that Powell Valley Heating & Air are an excellent service provider. They are polite, efficient and knowledgeable . They also communicate well through problems big and small which is always reassuring. Their honesty is beyond reproach- over 20 years I have not once believed I was being over charged. That’s down to their open communication and honest evaluation of every repair or replacement, or additional AC needs. I highly recommend Powell Valley Heating and Air to friends and neighbors and now, to the “Googlverse”. Excellence deserves a shout out. Five stars!

I just went there I did not get my glasses there and I had broken my glasses and went in for help and the lady was so nice and got me a temple that will do me until I can get my LASIK screening and she was so helpful and so kind didn't charge me a penny if I had to get glasses or if I do have to get classes in the future instead of driving to Knoxville I would gladly go here they were very very kind very very helpful which in the LaFollette store as a whole, was kind of refreshing. The young lady said she was 49 but I swear she wasn't a day over 35. But like she said I didn't have my glasses on :)
Love this gym, I have been to 3 of the other branches in Knoxville and this one by far is the nicest. More room to do your own sets in huge locker room. Clean facilities and Kaden has always been able to help me with routine ideas or refer me to Ramsey the trainer. I can't recommend this gym enough!
It was a great experience compared to all other places I’ve went to, she styled my out of control hair to something i loved even when i didn’t even know how i wanted it, she communicated the whole way through and was awesome!
