Probably the gym in town with the newest equipment. It's a little cramped, small inside, but that's expected for a small town gym. I don't like where they have the ellipticals by the front desk. Bathrooms and locker rooms are always very well cleaned! Staff is nice. Tanning is good. Cost is reasonable.
Good gym, friendly staff and nice equipment. Could stand to turn the A/C down 5-8 more degrees though. Also if you wanna avoid the loud shirtless roid monkeys try going between midnight and 3am
Love love love this gym! Many years ago I belonged to a high end gym in San Diego and it did not compare to this one!! It's clean, the owner and staff are wonderful, excellent coaching and boot camp if you choose, many extras, and I get my workout done because of this ?
