We used Brian to inspect a house we were looking to purchase. From beginning to end, Brian was so easy to work with. He showed up when he said he would, was very thorough in his inspection, his report was easy to follow, and he included pictures to show every issue he found. He even allowed me to come by near the end of the inspection to show me in person a couple of the most important things he found. If you're looking at a house or property, I highly recommend calling Brian before you buy.

Peter did an inspection on a property we are buying from out of state. His report is very detailed and concise - he gives you the rating, tells you what he saw and then has pictures to show what he saw.His report is very easy to follow and figure out how you will address any issues that are found.Absolutely the best inspection report format that I've ever seen!
