Brad came out quickly, helped us out, answered EVERY question we could possibly think of to ask! Wonderful company, wonderful Tech. They were there for us every step of the way from start to finish! Definitely will recommend and continue to use them. We also signed up for the membership program that is going to be an absolute BLESSING to have! Thanks again to Brad and everyone helping us.

Today 5/7/26 William Morales came to check an A knocking I had one my Heat kicked on. He found, but he thought was the problem and there was no knocking when the system kicked on. William also cleaned off my filters which are very old ones and I thought that was very nice of him. He’s a very pleasant man, good humor and showed me where he fixed it. I like they took the time out to explain to me what he thought was the problem and what he did to fix it. I would like to have only William come if I have problems in the future.
Peyton and Jonathan were here to do a checkup on our system. Only a wire needed to be replaced. We have a service contract with Aire Serv, so this was a scheduled maintenance. They both were professional and I liked that they had a good sense of humor too!

I put in New tub. Ice cold, needed more hot. Service came promptly. He turned a screw on face of water heater, maybe a quarter turn. I didn't know which of 2 screws to turn. He smiled and was courteous. He left after telling me to consider a tankless whole house for about 7330$. I appreciate the information. I will bear it in mind. I had a hot bath, first time, in New tub. Success.
