Called at 5 for a repair. Got the truck there at 7 was told I was the only repair to be done. They didn't start my truck till 1045 and they close at 11. Then I find out the mechanic isn't certified. While taking off the ac compressor he hit the low coolant sensor making it leak and left it for me to fix. Come on loves.
Excellent experience here today. Was told wait time for PM service and oil change would be an hour & half to 2 hours but they called in 40 mins. Devon was friendly, professional and had us back on the road in no time!!
I give them 3 stars not from their effort, but for their lack of attention. They left my fill tube cap out. 3 and a half gallons of oil all over the engine, suspension, driver's side of my truck, the trailer, my expensive airport load. Tomorrow is going to be a long day. Love's corporate,( I was told to call them by a Love's employee ). Call OOIDA for advice. Get a truck wash. Talk with Love's service manager. My engine is ticking pretty loud and running a little rough. This is going to be a long process...
