Never had any concerns with the medical staff at this facility; however, the appointment scheduling staff could be more helpful in getting you in as soon as possible. I’ve been told several times that walk-ins aren’t being accepted and an appt will take over 24 hrs. When you fall off your porch and believe you have a broken wrist, you don’t want to wait any longer than necessary! All I need is an X-ray! We all know that if it is broken, I’ll just be referred to the Bone & Joint clinic.

We have just recently moved back to the area and everyone at the health center has been amazing. They listened and understood all our concerns with our boys. They got us referrals to all the specialists we need within a week. I love this health center and the staff is really friendly

If you need a primary care doctor or need to be seen for an illness or injury check out this facility. I've been going there for years and receive the best treatment with caring practitioners ( Dr. Kamal, the nurse practitioners, nurses, supportive staff, business office/front office). Yes, they stay very busy and it may take a day or so to get an appointment, but it feels like you are the only patient for the day when you are being taken care of. Can't say enough nice things about this facility. Thank you Dr. Kamal for making the time to see me today. You mean the world to me.

Had an appointment at 2 pm >>>called back at 2;25 to room >>they had to try 3 times to take blood pressure on junk equipment needless to say i left at 3;pm and never saw dr. or nurse pract.>> I found out what happened they were taken walk ins ahead of the ones with appt.

My husband saw Kamal almost 4months ago. After arguing about unnecessary blood work he ordered, we just found out that Kamal never sent his thyroid scrip to the pharmacy and refused to answer their calls or emails. Talk about risking someone health.

Very unprofessional. If u actually want someone to listen to your concerns don’t come here. It’s a waste of your time. They don’t listen,skip over paper work, and are extremely bc rude and demeaning.

Nikki and her team are fabulous! The other providers are good as well. You may have to wait, but you can also make an appointment. The place is clean and they will get you taken care of!
