About Hohenwald Animal Hospital
Hohenwald Animal Hospital, established by Dr. Steven Scott in 1984, offers compassionate and professional veterinary services in Lewis County and surrounding areas. They provide comprehensive services including pet boarding, surgeries for both large and small animals, well-pet visits, laboratory services, and emergency care. The hospital has received positive reviews for their knowledgeable veterinarians and friendly staff who offer multiple care options and take the time to explain them. Customers appreciate the caring and calm demeanor of the staff, especially Dr. Duncan, who makes animals feel valued and not rushed. The facility is well-structured, tidy, and clean. Prices are described as reasonable. The hospital is highly recommended by new residents who have received excellent care for their pets, including house calls for larger animals like pigs. Although busy at times, staff prioritize their clients and animals, even if it takes a few tries to answer the phone.

This has been hands down the best vet I have ever been too. Went from possible amputation of my cats leg at 1 vet to his leg completely healed and he is doing great! Thank you so much! Mr. Daisy ;)
