Employed this company to paint the outside of my house. It was a competitive bid ... unfortunately, I did not get an exact breakdown of the bid make-up (i.e. labor, materials, minor construction, time frame). Lesson learned! At job completion, I was presented with significant additional charges -- over and above the original bid -- many of these charges should have been included in the original bid (i.e. a reasonable estimate of required paint). Very disappointed with this intentional back-billing practice! Even worse, the extra items were charged to me at retail prices, despite knowing they paid much less using their contractor discount. I hired this company to build a roof over my deck in November 2017 with a promise of a 90 guarantee. The first time it rained the roof leaked and contacted them to come repair the leak. After multiple contacts and promises they came in March 2017 to fix the issue. They worked on it all day long and smeared silicon all over the gutter as a fix. The next time it rained it leaked worst than before. I have contacted them relentless and been promised they would come fix the issue. On August 31 I requested a refund and have not heard a word since. I have reported this to Better Business and if I can not get this resolved my next step will have to be legal.
