Called Action when my upstairs AC went out. Maddox came to my house and was extremely professional, fixed the issue, was very clear with what he was doing and why. He was very easy to talk to and extremely personable. Overall I can't recommend Action Air, and specifically Maddox, enough.
Action Air is the best HVAC place in town. This summer, we've been through a nightmare of after hours AC breakdowns. THREE times our AC went out after hours, all due to a clogged condensation drain. We had 2 other companies out prior to Action Air (Metro DO NOT USE and Patriot). With both, we had to wait until the next day for service, it was extremely expensive ($400+), AND neither of them fixed the root cause of the issue (or even tried to diagnose it! Metro were the ones who installed it incorrectly and then kept telling us we needed $3-5K worth of stuff that STILL didn't address the issue!).
