Beware… when signing up there are hidden fees they do not disclose to you. I was told I’d be paying a pro-rated rate for the last 3 days of December and then charged at the beginning of the month. She asked for my signature saying “it was just to confirm the monthly membership” but did not show me anything nor explain the additional fees. Was told I’d be charged $38 at the time of signing up and then charged me close to $100. Then if you call, they’ll tell you “mam you have a right to ask what you’re signing”. Seriously? Absolutely do NOT go here. They are incredibly rude and disrespectful and do not follow ADA guidelines for service animals. Absolutely humiliating and dehumanizing to their customers. they need to fire just about everyone at this location. management is horrible and humilates customers, makes fun of people to other customers, etc. The managers are like the mean girls from high school, rude, disrespectful, and just a huge embarrassment to this company.
