The salesman forgot to tell the installers to remove the AT&T satellite dish prior to the new roof being placed. I had to call back afterwards to have him to get the workers to remove it. Also, immediately afterwards there was now a dripping spot (on our front porch that drips on our head after every rain)! We never had that problem before…..That was a few years ago and it is was not fixed- even after speaking with the owner of the company. Disappointed!

From Brian Moss to Josh Higgins to Rachel, Megan and Courtney in Corporate, we have a had a very positive experience. Brian put us first and came to us on our job site same day. From there Josh took over, with all the unseen structure issues that were found once the shingles came off , Josh and his team did everything they could to keep our costs down without compromising the integrity of the entire roof from beams to shingles and the reputation of American Roofing. . David was great to work with, he came out and explained the difference in shingles, helped me color match with a shed and got me scheduled within a timely manner. Great service from American roofing!!!
