I have visited this location for both sick visits as well as lab work only. I have always been greeted with a smile and everyone is beyond kind. If I just need labs and the staff is busy I can point to the lab door and they let me in. This is my go to walk-in. I have been known to drive 30-40 minutes 1 way to go to a clinic to receive this kind of service. I’m thankful to live so close to a great walk In.

Walked into the Vanderbilt Walk-in and was greeted by some warm and lovely ladies at the front desk. When my time came up to be seen, a graceful and funny nurse, Sammy (I think) escorted me and took my vitals like this was something she has done for 50 years. Everyone seems to be in a great mood and very forthcoming with information and answered every question I had. Not too far from the Zaxbys either, got a nice sandwich combo afterwards.

I’ve been going here for more than a year. I’ve seen lots of specialties, and lab and X-rays. I’ve always been treated with respect, courtesy, and a warm welcome. I’d highly recommend this clinic!

When I scheduled my appointment I was NOT informed that it would be a 3.5 hour wait regardless. So, a 4:00 PM scheduled appointment would actually be a 7:30 PM appointment. I was there at 3:45 PM as requested and also had pre-registered on line. I would have not known about the wait had I not inquired at 4:30PM. Nope!
