I had a haircut not too long ago and couldn’t figure out why I didn’t like it. I gave this ulta location a try and had Grayson F. As my stylist.
They identified my problem with the little information I could give. I haven’t like my haircut this much in years. Hendersonville is 30-70 min out of my way but I’d make the trip for Grayson
I had to come into the store to exchange a perfume that I had loved in the store but once I put it on, I was not a fan. I hate returning things in general but even more so because I had opened it (I had only used one spray). The woman who handled the exchange was so sweet and helpful. I have been shopping at this Ulta for years and have always had pleasant experiences.
I had a great experience today at Ulta - Kayla in Clinique was so helpful, and went out of her way to help me find the items I was looking for and provided samples to help me try some products. My checkout was also amazing with Paris, she saved me a lot of money by helping me find coupons and she was extremely friendly and warm. Best experience so far at Ulta in Hendersonville!
