David M came out to my mother's house after being taking advantage of from another company preying on the elderly. I contacted the owner of US pest JK Brister and he sent someone out immediately . I will only use US pest from here on out and would highly recommend them to everyone. Most honest company that I have dealt with in a long time. I will call JK and David M for any of my families pest control needs.

Unbelievable, mngrs wo t respond, wont help me ,still cant find insect, biting me crawling. all over day & night, unbearable. Us pest says theres nothing in my house!!! Terrible customer service. High priced, glue traps full of bugs, how are they the best??? Advertise on channel 5 that they protect your house, they do not!!! Told me i need thousands of dollars for encapsulation ofcrawl space!!! I NEED A PROFESSIONAL SERVICE NOT THIS COMPANY THAT DONT KNOW ANYTHING ABOIT INSECTS!!! DO NOT USE US PEST

We had outo yearly inspection in our crawlspace. Austin and Austin did the inspection quickly. When they finished Keith and I had some questions. We found out the inspection doesn't take long. The biggest cost is the insurance we have if something goes wrong- we are covered. Austin very respectively explained what we needed to know. We were very impressed with his explanation.
