Erin (at the Hendersonville, TN location) is not only the best stylist I’ve ever worked with, but one of the best customer-facing employees I’ve ever interacted with. As someone who has spent decades in sales and customer service leadership roles, she embodies every quality I would look for in an employee. She deserves significant recognition, far beyond what I could write out here in this review.
We had a great experience! There was a long wait but we ended up checking in, going and doing some shopping and then coming back and waiting our turn. Tara did a fantastic job cutting my son’s hair (he’s 6). She even did a shampoo for free. We will definitely be coming back and seeing Tara next visit.
I got a wonderful haircut from Erin. She's got great attention to detail and responds immediately and accurately to feedback. It's clear that she wants to help you look your best, but more importantly, that she wants to give you the haircut that you like for yourself. To top it off, she's got a warm personality and is great to talk to. Get the MVP package-- the shampooing is worth it. I'll be coming back!
