Been a customer there for half a decade. Will unlikely go back due to customer service.
I checked in at 9:05 online and was the only person checked in. Arrived at 9:25 and was no longer on the list so I speak to the stylist. They assure me that although there’s 10 people on the list, there’s only 1 in front of me. I then watch 4 people go back in front of me and then a different stylist tells me I missed my spot. Did nothing to rectify the situation. I went here because you can check in online and save time but if that doesn’t actually save time then my reasoning is null. Poor customer service. Disappointed.

Erin (at the Hendersonville, TN location) is not only the best stylist I’ve ever worked with, but one of the best customer-facing employees I’ve ever interacted with. As someone who has spent decades in sales and customer service leadership roles, she embodies every quality I would look for in an employee. She deserves significant recognition, far beyond what I could write out here in this review.
