We noticed at about 5pm on Thursday 12/22/22, as the ice storm was on its way, that our heating system was not working. McCarroll was the first to answer my call and were able to send a service tech out that evening. Tech was able to get me running that evening and needed repairs were promptly made the next week. (Follow up communication was made over the holiday weekend to make sure my unit was continuing to function.)Service: Heating system repair

When my AC went out this summer they came out immediately to check out the problem. It had to be replaced which they did in a very timely manner. All of their workers were professional and pricing was affordable. Highly recommend this company.Services: Heating system installation
