This is by far the best hair salon in Hendersonville and to me the best in the USA. Her owner Diane and her staff are very accommodating, they use quality products, Kailey and Jill have done miracles to my previously damaged hair at another hair salon in Hendersonville named Intrigue. I really love to come to Hello Beauty Salon

I have very short hair (pixie). Diane cut my hair. Best haircut I have ever had...exactly what I asked for. The shop is very nice and clean. Everyone in the shop is welcoming and friendly . Everything was great...awesome experience. I would love to be able to continue getting my hair done there. However the cost of a haircut is $65.00 which is way too much and more than a person on SS can afford. As I said ,,,it was an awesome haircut but my personal opinion is that $35 or $40 is closer to a fair price. 4 stars because of the cost.

Just had my girlfriend stop in looking to get her hair blonder. Instead she walked out with darker shade of hair. Despite the stylist admitting she had made a mistake and had to “fix it” she gaslit my girlfriend after poorly attempting to fix the mistake saying it’s fine it will turn brighter. She doesn’t like to complain so I’m going out of my way to write this. We all make mistakes but turning the blame on the customer rather than working to make things right is a poor way to handle it. She made it clear she was completely unhappy. Now she has to go somewhere to pay again to correct the mistake. Rather retaining buisness they would rather push you out the door and collect your money.

As a dad there are a lot of things i can do.... hair is not one of them. So when i send my daughter to get her hair done for prom, i would expect that the people who do know hair to take in what a lady looks like and adjust a hairdo to fit with what my daughter is looking for. She naturally has curly hair, and she was not asking for straightening, but to use her curl in a way that accents her looks and compliments her face. Instead i have essentially spent money for a hairdo that did not compliment her face and features, the curls she has look limp and damaged. And i now have a girl with her hair in a manner that is not a compliment to her. And from what i am being informed her appointment was rushed. Now i have ladies i know doing her hair from scratch. With prom looming. I am just not impressed.

So happy that I found Diane and Hello Beauty Shop! Wonderful salon… hair coloring is spot on and love my haircut! Our whole family goes to Hello Beauty and have for the past 5 years! I definitely recommend Diane and her staff!

I’ve been going to this salon for over 2 1/2 years. I explained to Diane, the owner and beautician, that I had a different haircut and I needed someone who would listen to me on how to cut it. I also told her I that I was very picky and wanted to make sure she would be ok with that! She agreed to this. She did ok with first cut, good with second visit. I felt comfortable enough to relax and let her cut. That was a mistake. She cut it different every time. Yes, I should have left after the first 6 months. A business owner should be willing to make the customer happy. Isn’t that what we pay for!
The prices are too expensive for what you get. I recommend you go elsewhere and find a good stylist that listens to her clients and remembers what they like and want. Consistency is most important!
