Alan diagnosed the problem over the phone, then showed up as dispatch had promised 20 minutes later with the correct part, and installed it with a smile. Also checked for any other problems and, finding none, left after being on site for a total of maybe 20 minutes. Alan is my new best friend.
We had a great experience with M&A HVAC. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure everything was working properly before heading out. We will definitely use them again, and recommend to others, too!
