Awful smell coming from bathtub. Called and spoke with Devin. Explained our situation and she scheduled someone to come out same day. Just a couple hours later we received a call from Caleb advising he was on his way. Caleb determined that we had an issue with the P-trap. Because we don't have a crawl space it was impossible to tell if it was just broke or if the previous owners didn't install one when they remodeled. Caleb explained everything thoroughly and even though there was nothing he could immediately fix, he was very helpful in explaining our options.

Wonderful experience. Ben from Lee Company was fantastic. He solved the leaking toilet issue that had plagued us for a long time. They came when they said they would and made sure it was fixed before they departed. We will used them again.

William came in took carebof our issues explaining what he was doing and how he was repairing the issue. This company is professional respectful and reliable, I would have given them 10 stars.
