JoJo's K9 Club

Jojo's has taken and continues to take the absolute best care of my two corgi pups who can be more than a handful at times! I even adopted one of them from the facility. I don't have enough great things to say about this place or the staff.

My husband and I absolutely LOVE Jojo’s K-9 Club!! (And Jojo’s Doghouse!) We adopted our dog from Jojo’s Doghouse rescue almost five years ago. We’ve been taking our girl to Jojo’s K-9 Club for almost five years now. It is such a great place for dogs to play and feel safe. Everyone that works at Jojo’s loves every animal that walks in their doors, and treats them with so much love, kindness and concern.
Please consider Jojo’s K-9 Club if you are needing boarding and or daycare for your loved pet. They will give you a tour and kindly answer any questions and/or concerns you have. Let them show you how great they are! Everyone there is so great to work with. It continues to be a pleasure taking our sweet dog there to play. She LOVES going to Jojo’s and loves everyone there.

My girls have been a loyal customer for years. But recently in December 2025 one of my dogs leg became pinned in their run. Via their words they said they had “pry her leg out”. Luckily I happen to be able to quickly send my son to get her and rush her to the vet where she suffered a broken leg. She was covered in feces and urine which obviously as she was hurt and scared. They do not have cameras or anyone who monitors the dogs at night so they have no idea how long she was trapped. When we forwarded the vet bill to them they said it was the dogs fault as they should have been resting peacefully. Like I think they are confused as these are dogs. They mentioned they waived the $100 boarding fee and that should be enough. Our dogs are not puppies they are not rowdy they are senior dogs at 9 and 12 and are small Shih Tzus. If you have dogs boarding here I would inspect the runs and would seriously question should you continue. They are obviously another business in it for the money and not for the care of our fur babies. There is so many better options in Sumner County.

Adding to Robins inaccurate accounts. A fractured is still a broken leg! She was on medication for the swelling the bones are smalls so they do cast them still doesn’t replace the negligence. Next they do not play rough! They are tiny small dogs that half the time you can’t even get the names right.Yes Daisy gets sacred of storms but how does a storm cause her to get trapped in your run? Wow they have gone there for 5 years doesn’t give your facility the right to have faulty runs to cause harm to dogs. Yes she was covered in feces the vet had to clean her back in to take her temperate and had to cut it away. The audacity of you to comment like this is disgusting and shows you lack of compassion. It was your negligence that caused this. Only when I post a review that hurts your bottom line do you care! We emailed multiple times with no response to you. It wasn’t so much about the money but take ownership and correcting something that was flawed you ignored us then said my dogs should have been resting peacefully. Glad I got your attention and now are getting loads of others who have similar “freak accidents”

I can't say enough about this place. They consistently take care of us when we need to board our dogs. The dogs get excited to come here and and are well taken care of. Highly recommended. Worth the cost and drive.

I’m very picky about where I leave my dogs - we didn’t board our pets for over a decade due to a bad experience in another city - and only tried JoJo’s as a last resort for necessary travel. That was three years ago and our dogs have been back several times for boarding and daycare since. The staff is great with them, super experienced with dogs, and loves on our them like they’re their own. Both of our dogs, even my somewhat antisocial and grumpy one, get so excited to be at JoJo’s and I’m always confident that they’re in good hands.

JoJo’s is a wonderful place to board your dogs. The staff is so caring and professional, so you can be confident that your pets will be well cared for while you are away. Their grooming is also great and reasonably priced.

Took great care of my dog

We had just moved and had to go out of town. I was so nervous to leave our dogs somewhere they weren’t familiar with, where we aren’t familiar with yet, while they’re still stressed from the move. Jojo’s k9 club was amazing! We won’t use anyone else! I walked in a mess with my two dogs and two kids and the nice young man at the front immediately jumped to get them to relieve me and get to know the dogs and take them back. Immediately I was at ease with them. They were friendly, prompt, not uncomfortable or judgmental in any way. They didn’t bombard me with questions. They got what they needed and asked only what they needed to. Didn’t act off put by anything (my dogs meds and anxiety, my smaller dogs dog aggression, etc). I asked to have exit baths done and it was that simple! They weren’t able to get my larger anxious dog finished, but they were eager to try and do his nails once more before we left. Unfortunately he was too big of a baby, but they expressed their willingness to get to know him better and make him more comfortable in the future. That means the world to me! He’s old and sweet and I know he has issues, but the fact they weren’t scared of him and just understood he was overwhelmed and scared told me all I needed to know. Both dogs came out happy! Not just happy to see me, but genuinely content and happy, not scared and anxious to run out of the door. That’s huge! I’ve worked with dogs professionally in past for 10 years and I often have trust issues, but I can say without hesitation that I trust the staff at JoJo’s K9 club with my pets! Thank you for being amazing to our dogs and giving such good service! We will be back (:
