I was referred here by my pain doctor and I felt very rushed and I don't feel like the doctor I saw (Dr. Wright) really listened to me. I had test done he said he saw nothing wrong and there's nothing he could do so I went back to my doctor with new symptoms and she said those were red flags and should get another opinion so I won't be going back here.

I’m a worker’s comp patient that has jumped through hoops for this doctor. No help from his office or the insurance company. Tennessee Worker’s Comp came through and helped me get the ball rolling with ZERO help from this doctor for three and a half years. I finally get a test…he required to treat me. He ordered it. I got authorization from my carrier. I got an appointment and he refused to see me. What a guy. Now I have to go through the process of finding another doctor, waiting on another appointment, that takes forever. The compassion is truly underwhelming. I guess worker’s comp doesn’t pay enough. I really like Dr.Krauth. He is very quick to diagnose anything in an instant! BUT I was there this past week and had to get labs done and the phlebotomist there cannot do her job properly, I would like to go into detail with a manager if I can have an email address of someone I can explain that too that would be great.
