Our air HVAC unit stopped working while we were on vacation. The dogs were home and our dog sitter told us the house was hot when she came to let them out. I called Honest Air - Valorie and crew, let them know the dogs were 'hot dogs' and asked if they could check on the unit. You know you trust your people, when you tell them where the key is and to let themselves in. They fixed it the next morning - thankfully we just needed a new thermostat and the one we had installed ourselves 20 years ago finally bit the dust. This was really about the best case scenario and she had a new wireless unit installed and up and running later that morning. I have the app installed and it's not only easy to use but the house is more evenly cooled with the new thermostat. (I can't answer why but it is). Anyway, these people are all top-notch, quick to respond and do a great job without charging unnecessary fees. HIGHLY recommend.

Fantastic company! Very knowledgeable and friendly. We can’t thank this company enough for coming quickly when our heat went out. We have two young boys and it was days before Christmas. They helped us troubleshoot, arrived quickly, fixed the problem, and checked to make sure nothing else would go wrong. You could tell they were servicing to help the family rather than to make a dollar. I highly recommend!
