I walked in without an appointment. The receptionist was super nice and welcoming. She made sure I was comfortable and got me into the schedule with 30 minutes. Both the doctor and the assistant were very nice and professional. She gave me all my options and her opinions before performing any work. Would definitely visit again.

Experienced, highly skilled endodontist who was concerned about my comfort and taking care of the tooth and root canal. My 2nd experience with Dr McKitrick (first one over 2 years ago and she has since moved to Hendersonville office)and I drove an hour one way just to see her because I trust her. I have previously recommended her to two other people and they had good experiences and thanked me.Josephine was the assistant and she walked me through all the steps, wrote down the timeline of my dental issue(Embassy Dental never sent X-rays or referral) and checked for understanding. You cannot find a better place to go for a root canal. I was in serious pain and called over 10 clinics to get in for an emergency. Only M. City was willing to listen to me and got me in asap.They are incredibly patient focused. Mya, the client service rep, was so sweet and really cared about the pain I was in. The assistant was friendly and thorough. She explained everything as we moved forward. Dr. McKitrick was outstanding. She is smart with a great bed side manner. She did an excellent job with my root canal - everything was smooth and efficient. I could not ask for a better procedure.Thank you M. City Endodontics for such a great experience!
