He has already been working a long day when he arrived at my house, but he did not hurry through his service activities. He was very patient and detail oriented. I called around 4 pm, my AC had stopped working. A tech called me & said he could get to me later tonite, & would call me. He called & arrived about 9 pm, fixed my problem.
