“I can’t say enough nice words about this business. I have three pets! Unfortunately they like to have accidents on the most expensive rug I own. Everyone I have dealt with at this company is professional and kind. Heidi always treats me as her most important customer. I know they have many, so that extra care from her is always needed. We just had our large rug cleaned by them and it was perfect. A few weeks later my little papillon pup decided to pee on it. They came out the next morning and spot cleaned for me. I just couldn’t believe they treated me like a first class customer. I just don’t see this level of care and kindness anymore. I highly recommend them.
