I am not sure I can adequately describe how wonderful he was. he helped my 91 year old mom. he was kind and professional. he continued to check on her and make special trips to make sure the squirrels were gone. i would recommend him enthusiastically to anyone who needs to get rid of critters . Cal, you are amazing !!
Cal came out very professional & easy to understand the plan to remove squirrels from the attic. Set traps, made repairs inside & out. Wasn’t a bother to call him anytime. Cal also called me twice after all was said & done to ensure there were no issues after the fact. Pricey a lil but paying for quality & satisfaction is not a problem. Thanks Cal & Animal Pros!
Tim from Animal Pros absolutely saved the day for me today. A bird somehow flew into my house this afternoon and scared me half to death. I could not get it out on my own no matter what I tried. Tim came over, calmly got the bird off a window near my vaulted ceiling, and carefully guided it into his hands so he could safely release it outside without harming it at all.
He was incredibly kind, professional, and reassuring during a pretty stressful situation for me. I’m so grateful for his help and highly recommend Animal Pros. Thank you again, Tim!
