My husband and I had a great experience—especially me! The staff was very accommodating. We booked a couples massage, but I’m unable to lay flat due to back injuries, so I used a massage chair in the same room while my husband used the bed. They made that adjustment without any issue, which we truly appreciated.
My masseuse was excellent. The only downside was that my husband’s masseuse had to step away briefly a couple of times to assist with checking in other guests, which may have been due to limited staffing.
Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely return.
