I cannot say enough wonderful things about Active Sports Therapy. I had a full knee replacement in June of 2025. I started therapy immediately. I was so impressed with the knowledge and effort every therapist put forth. They are quick to respond to phone calls or texts regarding appointments or billing questions. Knee replacement is different for every patient and everyone there listened to what I was experiencing and offered helpful solutions for my issues. They were so encouraging. They really push you to do the best you can, so you can have the very best outcome. I will eventually need to have my other knee replaced and I will certainly come back here for my therapy.... read full review

I worked with Dr. Jordan! He is extremely gifted! He always finds the pressure points or issues I had that I had never said a word about. He never told me to stop running. He gave me the proper exercises to strengthen my calves. Sometimes we used electric shock or cold therapy. Love active and will recommend them every time.

Even experiencing it myself, it’s hard to believe how effective the Active Sports Therapy (AST) team has been in healing my lower back. Four years ago an L4/L5 injury changed everything: how I moved, how I exercised, and a lot of pain. Then a subsequent accident added pelvic floor damage. After a full year of treatment with another provider, followed by a second year with another different provider, I was mobile but had daily pain and a lot of trained restriction.
