I needed to have my septic lines put in as someone had taken them out and not replaced then at some point. Brad came out and seemed really genuine that we had been put in this situation as new homeowners and promised to take care of us. He eventually sent someone else (his dad) to my house a few weeks later without telling me first, they did the work then told me an inspector would have to check it out before they could seal my tank and cover the lines, and then they ghosted me. I have been trying to reach them since Sept. And I have been left with a huge,smelly hole in my backyard. I have called the inspector myself now and I hope that at least the work they did passes... read full review
